There's a plot hole in Misfits?

In Season/Series 2, episode 6, there is a news broadcast of Alisha
talking about her power. The clip is also in episode 3 on Future
Simon's computer. How does Future Simon have that clip if Curtis
rewound time and stopped them from being exposed.....
